Nothing spectacular today….just a picture of the inside of my mom’s Pizzelle iron. I loved the texture of the designs the iron imprints into the cookie, and the “wear and tear” of a machine that’s probably been used for over 30 years.

I love pizzelles. I never had them until I met my husband… and haven’t had them in a few years. Love the designs!

This pizzelle iron is the exact same design that my grandmother used to use, but I haven’t been able to find a place to buy one. Can you tell me the brand/model number?
