Last Friday, when I left school, I had to dart my way to the car– flying around outside were what appeared to be millions of spastic moths. Once I got home and checked facebook, I learned that because of our unusual weather this spring, the butterfly migration had multiplied, and what I, and what seemed like everyone on facebook had experienced was the peak of the migration. I was unable to capture a decent picture of the hurricane of butterflies, nor was I even able to capture just one butterfly…until today. One poor lost soul had found it’s way to my porch and was sunning himself on a chair.
